1. Final Sale

All products sold on [www.hastratna.com] are considered Final Sale. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Nature of Handmade Goods

Because our items are handmade, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to the images on the website. These are not defects but rather the unique characteristics of artisanal work. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

While we do not offer general returns, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at admin@hastratna.com.
  • You must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placement. If the order has not been processed, we may be able to assist you.
